This time I had a chat with Bruce Chung https://www.instagram.com/brucechungyoga/ who is an amazing teacher originally from Canada, travelling the globe teaching.
I met Bruce in studio Prague Yoga Collective, during his weekend workshop focused on assisting and hands on adjustments. I like his precise approach, offering different options for different bodies - very important thing that is crucial for anyone teaching any kind of bodywork.
This weekend was a part of the first 200 hrs. teacher training at Prague Yoga Collective… So I not only spent great interactive weekend with Bruce, but also with a bunch of soon to be teachers, many of them really inspiring.
