So this is the first episode of Urbanyogi podcast in English and Im really excited about it! For those of you who dont speak Czech and could not listen to previous episodes, I am Michal Večeřa and in this series Im chating with people I met through yoga. People who inspire me – with what they do, how they see the world and most importantly – with their way of sharing. Because I believe sharing is on of the biggest parts of the life practice we call yoga.
This time Im talking to Lisa-Marie Wakenshaw from Prague Yoga Colective, who founded this great yoga studio in Prague district Vinohrady, together with Alex Rodoni and Betti Rompos. These three girls did a really great job with a space open and affordable to yogis of all shapes and ages, and its not only drop-in classes. There is a lot going on around Prague Yoga Collective and what I definitelly want to invite you to is an outdoor summer solstice yoga session in Stromovka at a place called Containall https://containall.cz/stromovka.
It is going to be a great event building up on previous yoga sessions with DJ Damian Machaj called Lunar Rocket and this time, also other musicians will join Damian to set a vibe with a sound for us.
